Provides students with the conceptual foundation to understand a broad variety of research paradigms and methods, including the respective epistemologies, values, and ethical considerations embedded within them. It will familiarize students with some key methodologies and tools applied within various traditions, including, but not limited to, community-based research approaches and emerging indigenous research paradigms.
