PSYC3153Pre-Honours Research Seminar 3 ch (3S) (LE) (W) (EL)

Develop foundational research and knowledge translation skills through experiential learning. Complete ethics training and prepare an ethics application. Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses using public data, and present findings in a structured research report. Practice giving and incorporating feedback to strengthen writing and presentations. Reflect on career paths and postgraduate options, including graduate school. Prepare for Honours research while gaining essential skills for academic and professional work in psychology. NOTE: A GPA of at least 3.5 in all Psychology courses taken at UNB is required to register in this course. 

Prerequisites: PSYC 1013, 1023, PSYC 2103, and PSYC 2113; two Psychology foundations courses (PSYC 2203, 2313, 2403, 2515, 2603, or 2703)
