Recipients must be Canadian citizens or permanent residents who are full-time Masters or Doctoral candidates in the Graduate Academic Unit of English on the Fredericton or Saint John campus of the University of New Brunswick. The Award is to assist graduate students in English in defraying the costs of presenting at a conference outside of the province of New Brunswick. It is the wish of the donor that English graduate students requiring funds to conduct research outside of the province also be considered eligible to apply to the fund.
