Student Accessibility Centre

The centre is committed to the equitable treatment of students with disabilities and to fostering an accessible learning experience in partnership with the students, faculty and staff of UNB.

Making university accessible

Students with documented visible, invisible and temporary disabilities may register with the UNB Student Accessibility Centre. We are a service for students who require accommodations in-class, around campus or during tests or exams.

We serve and support students with a wide variety of disabilities or health conditions. These include but are not limited to:

  • Learning disabilities
  • Deafness or hardness of hearing
  • Low vision or blindness
  • Chronic health conditions
  • Physical disabilities
  • Mental health issues
  • Temporary disabilities
  • Concussions
