All scheduled upgrades were completed successfully, and access to the affected services has been restored. If you are still unable to access any IT services, please contact the ITS Help Desk: helpdesk@unb.ca or 453-5199.

On Saturday, November 1, from 6:30 p.m. to Sunday, November 2 at 12:30 a.m. (6 hours), there will be an IT service outage affecting all faculty, staff and students to allow ITS to perform maintenance and essential upgrades to some of our core systems.

As a result, all IT Services will be unavailable during the outage, including:

  • All UNB email
  • myUNB Portal
  • Access to Network printing and drives
  • Datatel
  • eServices
  • Footprints
  • All UNB Webpages
  • CMS
  • Desire2Learn
  • Voicemail (VoIP)

VoIP phones will continue to receive and make calls during the outage. No email or voicemail messages will be lost; all email and voicemail messages will be put in a queue and delivered when services are restored.
