The maintenance on the network equipment has been completed successfully. Access to the affected labs has been restored. If you are still unable to access Computer Lab services, please contact the ITS Help Desk: helpdesk@unb.ca or 453-5199.

On Saturday, November 1 from 7:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. (1.5 hours), ITS will be performing maintenance on UNB’s network equipment in Head Hall E-Level (including GGE Lab E51), Singer Hall Lab 156 and Tilley Hall Lab 201.

As a result, all IT Services will be unavailable in these locations during the outage, including:

  • UNB Wireless
  • All UNB email
  • VoIP telephone services
  • Access to Network printing and drives
  • myUNB Portal
  • Datatel
  • eServices
  • Footprints
  • All UNB Webpages
  • CMS
  • Desire2Learn

No email or voicemail messages will be lost during the outage. All emails and voicemail messages will be put in a queue and delivered when services are restored.
