This outage is complete and all services have been restored. 

If you have further questions or concerns please contact the ITS Help Desk at 453-5199 or helpdesk@unb.ca. 

On Wednesday, May 7, from 6:00 a.m. – 7:00 a.m. (1 hour) several UNB IT services will be unavailable to allow ITS to perform network maintenance. Faculty, staff and students will be unable to access the following services during this time:

  • UNB services that require log in, including:
    • myUNB Portal
    • All UNB email
    • eServices
    • Desire2Learn
    • FootPrints
    •  CMS
  • Virtual Private Network (VPN)
  •  Licensed software, including:
    • Maple 8 to 16
    • Abaqus
    •  Cadence
    • ModelSim
    • Matlab
    • Synopsys
    • Xilinx
    • Agilent ADS
    • UGS NX7.5
    • Matlab Research
