The maintenance on UNB's campus firewall was completed.

Original Details:

On Monday, June 12 from 9:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m. (3 hours) ITS will be performing maintenance on UNB's campus
firewall.

As a result, the following services will be intermittently unavailable during this time:

UNB
From off campus:

• UNB email & related M365 services (Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, etc.)
• UNB’s Virtual Private Network (VPN)
• MyUNB Intranet
• Network drives (P: drive, H: drive, etc.)
• Colleague
• UCard services
• Footprints
• CMS
• All UNB webpages
• The UNB App

From on campus:

• VoIP telephone services
• Non-UNB websites and services (ex: Google, Gmail, Facebook, etc.)
• CANARIE & ECN services
• UNB email & related M365 services (Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, etc.)
• UNB’s Virtual Private Network (VPN)
• MyUNB Intranet
• Network drives (P: drive, H: drive, etc.)
• Colleague
• UCard services
• Footprints
• CMS
• All UNB webpages

No email will be lost during the outage. All email messages will be put in a queue and delivered when services are restored.
