All network services have been restored on UNB Saint John Campus.

UNB's wireless network eduroam connection is sporadic across campus. Public wifi is available, you can connect via Public and use a Forticlient VPN connection. The wired connection is working.

While the UNB wired network and the public@unb Wi-Fi services have been restored on the Saint John campus, our team continues to work on restoring the eduroam Wi-Fi network service.
Until the eduroam Wi-Fi is restored, staff, faculty and students can access UNB services by using the UNB VPN after connecting to the public@unb Wi-Fi.

UNB's wired are currently unavailable on the Saint John campus. Wireless (Eduroam) is available.
As a result, all IT services may be unavailable in this location, including:
No email or voicemail messages will be lost during the outage. All email and voicemail messages will be put in a queue and delivered when services are restored.
Secure door access will not be impacted, and mobile IDs will be accessible via the wallet.
