The issue affecting licensing for Microsoft Office on new UNB computers, or newly reset computers, has been resolved. If you still experience an issue activating the license for Microsoft Office products please restart the computer to apply an update that has been pushed out, then try signing into your UNB account in Microsoft Office again.
If you continue to experience issues after a restart please contact the IT Service Desk at (506) 457-2222 (Fredericton), (506) 657-2222 (Saint John), or itservicedesk@unb.ca.
Users are unable to activate the license for MS Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc) on UNB computers recently purchased, or recently reset. It is only affecting Windows computers at this time. ITS is aware of the issue and investigating.
