All services have been restored.
Update: April 28, 1:42 p.m.
UNB's wireless service, eduroam, on the Saint John campus has now been restored for students, faculty and staff. Everyone is now able to logon to eduroam and access all services.
Some non-user impacting Saint John campus services that rely on Wi-Fi are still being restored. Our estimate for the service to be restored completely is still on target for this afternoon. If that changes, we will update the UNB community.
Update: April 27, 4:22 p.m.
UNB's wireless service, eduroam, has been restored on the Moncton and Fredericton campuses. Our team is working on getting the Saint John campus restored, our estimate for the service to be restored completely is tomorrow afternoon. If that changes, we will update the UNB community.
We are continuing to leave the public@unb wireless service modified to temporarily allow access to many UNB services which are typically inaccessible when connected to that network.
Update: April 26, 3:10 p.m.
Our team continues to work on restoring UNB's Wireless service, eduroam as quickly as possible. We do not have a estimate to when the service will be restored. As announced earlier, public@unb wireless is available for use in the meantime.
Update: April 26, 11:35 a.m.
The eduroam network has been taken off-line on the Fredericton campus to allow for further testing.
The Public@UNB network has been modified to temporarily allow access to many UNB services which are typically inaccessible when connected to that network. We are continuing to work on eduroam and will make it available again once the issue has been resolved and testing completed.

Our team continues to investigate the service outage. As we make progress, we will update the UNB community.
Faculty, Staff & Students may not be able to connect to the eduroam WiFi network on the Fredericton, Saint John, and Moncton campuses. ITS is investigating the issue.
