This summer, ITS will be upgrading Colleague and Colleague Self-Service during an outage from July 29 to Aug. 1*.  This outage is needed to update our environment for continued flexibility and compatibility with standard technologies. 

As a result, all Colleague and Colleague Self-Service data and tools will be unavailable for the duration of the outage including, but not limited to**:

  • Time entry and approval 

  • Leave requests and approval 

  • Earning statements 

  • Financial account balances 

  • Purchase order requisition  

  • Unofficial transcript

  • Tuition and fee statement

  • Academic advising 

  • Course registration 

  • Grade entry 

  • Course assignments 

  • Colleague 

  • Colleague Self-Service 

  • Informer 5 Reporting

*The end date of the outage may be adjusted if the update is completed faster than expected.

**Other services using Colleague data will not receive up-to-date information during this outage, including Desire2Learn.  You may continue to use these services as you normally would during the outage, but the system data will not be updated until the outage is complete.
