The Colleague maintenance is now complete, and Colleague services are restored. 

Update: Sunday, April 3rd 11:54am

Maintenance is still on-going. We anticipate it to be completed by 1pm. We will update the UNB community when the maintenance is complete, and Colleague service restored.

The maintenance ITS is performing on the Colleague is taking longer than anticipated. At this time we do not have an estimate as to when it will be completed. We will update the UNB community as we know more. 

On Sunday, April 3 from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. (4 hours), ITS will be performing maintenance on Colleague and Colleague Self-Service.

As a result, the following services will be unavailable during this time:

  • Colleague 

  • Colleague Self-Service 

  • Some UNB intranet services 

  • Entrinsik Informer Reports 

  • UNB Mobile App (Ellucian GO) 

  • Online Course Registration
