Our team completed the network maintenance as scheduled.
On Monday, July 12 from 12:00 p.m. - 1:00 p.m. (one hour), ITS will be performing maintenance on UNB’s network equipment in LB Gym, Enterprise 1 building, Bailey Hall, and Tilly Hall.
As a result, all IT services will be unavailable in these locations during the outage, including:
-UNB’s wireless & wired networks
-All Microsoft 365 services (Teams, email, OneDrive, etc.)
-VoIP telephone services (Teams Calling)
-UCard services
-Access to network printing and drives
-myUNB Portal and MyUNB Intranet
-Colleague
-eServices
-Footprints (Request Tracking)
-All UNB webpages
-CMS
-D2L Brightspace
-Non-UNB websites (Google, Facebook, etc.)
No email or voicemail messages will be lost during the outage. All email and voicemail messages will be put in a queue and delivered when services are restored.
