Our team has finished the upgrade to the UNB authentication (logon) services. 

On Saturday, Feb. 27 from 6:30 – 9 p.m. (2.5 hours), ITS is performing necessary updates to UNB’s login services. 

During this time, faculty, staff and students may receive an error message when trying to access UNB services that require you to log in, including:

  • myUNB Portal 
  • eServices 
  • D2L Brightspace
  • Colleague
  • Colleague Self-Service
  • UCard Online
  • UCard Mobile App
  • UCard Photo Upload
  • Secure Library services
  • UNB Mobile App (EllucianGo)
  • Cybersecurity Awareness (Beauceron)
  • UNB Phone Book
  • UNB's experiential learning portal (experience.unb.ca)
  • Web print (printing.unb.ca)
  • Authenticated web forms/apps (es.unb.ca)
  • Secure UNB websites (secure.unb.ca)
  • CIBC Pay

Once these upgrades are complete you will see a new login screen on most UNB IT services and:

  • You will need to add @unb.ca to your login ID - UNBloginID@unb.ca 

As part of this update, most IT services will now require multi-factor authentication (MFA), working the same as your M365 services.
