Access has been restored to the affected UNB accounts. 

Some students, faculty and staff may be unable to access their UNB IT Services that require you to login, including, but not limited to:

  • Desire2Learn (D2L)
  • Colleague Self-Service (Course registration, Leave requests, My Course Assignments, etc.)
  • Colleague
  • Footprints
  • UCard services (Add money to your UCard and Upload your UCard Photo services only)
  • UNB Email
  • MyUNB Intranet
  • UNB’s Wi-Fi (eduroam)
  • UNB VPN
  • Printing
  • CMS (Cascade)
