The maintenance on UNB’s network equipment in the Aitken Centre on the Fredericton campus is complete.

On Wednesday, November 4 from 12:00 – 1:00 p.m. (one hour), ITS will be performing maintenance on UNB’s network equipment in the Aitken Centre on the Fredericton campus.

As a result, all IT services will be temporarily unavailable in this location during this time, including:

  • UNB’s wireless & wired networks
  • All Microsoft 365 services (Teams, email, OneDrive, etc.)
  • VoIP telephone services (Teams Calling)
  • UCard services 
  • Access to network printing and drives
  • myUNB Portal
  • Colleague
  • eServices 
  • Footprints 
  • All UNB webpages
  • CMS 
  • D2L Brightspace
  • Non-UNB websites (Google, Facebook, etc.)

No email or voicemail messages will be lost during the outage. All email and voicemail messages will be put in a queue and delivered when services are restored.
