Our team has completed all of the scheduled maintenance.

Original Details:

On Wednesday, Aug. 21 from 6 a.m. to 8 a.m. (two hours), ITS will be performing maintenance on UNB’s network equipment in the following buildings on the Fredericton campus:

• Kinesiology 
• LB Gym
• Marshall d’Avray Hall
• Old Head Hall

As a result, all IT services will be unavailable in these locations during the outage, including:

• UNB wireless
• All UNB email
• VoIP telephone services 
• Access to network printing and drives
• myUNB Portal
• Colleague
• eServices 
• Footprints 
• All UNB webpages
• CMS 
• D2L Brightspace
• Non-UNB websites (Google, Facebook, etc.)

No email or voicemail messages will be lost during the outage. All email and voicemail messages will be put in a queue and delivered when services are restored.
