The emergency maintenance has been completed. 

If you have further questions or concerns please contact the ITS Help Desk at 453-5199 or helpdesk@unb.ca. 

Today (Wednesday, Apr. 26) from 2 p.m. until 2:30 p.m. (30 minutes), ITS will be performing emergency maintenance on UNB’s login services.

During this time, faculty, staff and students may receive an error message when trying to access UNB services that require you to log in, including:

  • UNB email
  • myUNB Portal
  • eServices
  • Colleague
  • Secure.unb.ca websites
  • ECN SharePoint sites

If you receive an error message while logging in to a service, please wait at least 10 minutes and try again until you are successful.
