This scheduled outage was completed successfully.

On Monday, June 20 from 6 a.m. to 7 a.m. (1 hour), ITS will be performing maintenance on UNB’s network equipment in the following locations:

  • Head Hall (A-Level)
  • Magee House (staff offices only – Residence Internet Services will not be affected)
  • McLeod House (staff offices only – Residence Internet Services will not be affected)

As a result, all IT Services will be unavailable in these locations during the outage, including:

  • UNB Wireless
  • All UNB email
  • VoIP telephone services
  • Access to Network printing and drives
  • myUNB Portal
  • Colleague
  • eServices
  • Footprints
  • All UNB Webpages
  • CMS
  • D2L Brightspace

No email or voicemail messages will be lost during the outage. All emails and voicemail messages will be put in a queue and delivered when services are restored.
