All network maintenance operations for today have been completed, and services in the affected buildings should all be available now. If you are still experiencing any issues accessing network services, please contact the ITS Help Desk: 453-5199 or helpdesk@unb.ca

On Sunday, August 23 from 6 a.m. to 9 a.m. (3 hours), ITS will be performing maintenance on UNB’s network equipment in the following locations:

  • Head Hall (Old)
  • Gillan Hall
  • Lady Beaverbrook Gym

As a result, all IT Services will be unavailable in these locations during the outage, including:

  • UNB Wireless
  • All UNB email
  • VoIP telephone services
  • Access to Network printing and drives
  • myUNB Portal
  • Datatel
  • eServices
  • Footprints
  • All UNB Webpages
  • CMS
  • Desire2Learn

No email or voicemail messages will be lost during the outage. All emails and voicemail messages will be put in a queue and delivered when services are restored.
