The emergency maintenance on Colleague, eServices and other services has been successfully completed.

The following UNB services are now available:

• Colleague
• eServices
• Some myUNB Portal services
• Entrinisik Informer Reports
• UNB Mobile App
• Web Time Entry
• WebAdvisor online course registration

Original Details:

Today (April 4) from 4:30 p.m. until 5 p.m. (30 minutes), some UNB IT services will be unavailable while ITS performs emergency maintenance. This outage will affect the following UNB services:

• Colleague
• eServices
• Some myUNB Portal services
• Entrinisik Informer Reports
• UNB Mobile App
• Web Time Entry
• WebAdvisor online course registration

Please ensure you are logged out of Colleague before the outage begins. Running processes in Colleague during the maintenance could result in data being lost or damaged.
