The issues with emails have been resolved.

Some users are experiencing issues when trying to connect to their UNB email.

You may the following error message depending on how you access email: 

  • myUNBPortal: "Could not retrieve unread messages from Office365"
  • Outlook.com/unb.ca: "Selected user account does not exist in tenant 'University of New Brunswick' cannot access the application"
  • Outlook client: Outlook is prompting for username and password

ITS is working on resolving the issue.
