The myUNB Portal outage is complete. The myUNB Portal, and all services affected by the outage, is now available.
If you have further questions or concerns please contact the ITS Help Desk at 453-5199 or helpdesk@unb.ca.
On Saturday, November 5 from 6:30 p.m. to 12:30 a.m., ITS will be upgrading several IT services. Faculty, staff and students will be unable to access the following during the outage:
- myUNB Portal (outage: 6:30 p.m. until 12:30 a.m.)
- Datatel (outage: 6:30 p.m. until 10:30 p.m.)
- eServices (outage: 6:30 p.m. until 10:30 p.m.)
- Webadvisor online course registration (outage: 6:30 p.m. until 10:30 p.m.)
- WebTimeEntry (outage: 6:30 p.m. until 10:30 p.m.)
For continued access to your UNB email, eServices and Blackboard while the myUNB Portal is unavailable please use these direct links:
