UNB Counselling Services: UNB Counselling Services is offering counselling sessions by video through Zoom for Healthcare, a secure platform, to any students feeling overwhelmed or having difficulty coping.  Students can email counsel@unb.ca to book a session.  All students also have 24/7 access to TAO (Therapist Assisted Online) which is an online self help resource.

UNB Counselling is also offering a number of groups to help students stay connected from a distance including a process group called Road to Resilience that meets online on Wednesdays, a Mindfulness group online on Thursdays, a psychoeducational group to teach coping strategies called "Feel Your Best Fridays". Other groups and further information is available on the UNB Counselling Services website.
