The total yearly residence room fee includes an $800 application deposit, $70 in house dues, and a $430 communication fee. The $800 deposit is subtracted from the total yearly room fees, and the remaining balance is then divided between the fall and winter semesters. Please note that the deposit will not appear as a separate credit on the student account.

Winter only students will be charged and receive half of the dining cash associated with each plan.

  • Please be advised that Neill room types include double, single and super single. Neill does not have any semi-private or private bathrooms.

The early arrival/late departure fee only includes the daily fee for the room. Students not living in Neill or EPJ are required to pay a daily rate for dining as well (price dependent on Chartwells).

Payment options

Students applying to residence (excluding Magee House) must pay a $800 (non-refundable) residence application deposit, by credit card, at the time they submit their application.

All remaining residence and dining fees must be paid by UNB's undergraduate fee deadline.
