Dr. Afua Asante holds a doctoral degree in Business Administration (Accounting) from the Earl G. Graves School of Business and Management at Morgan State University, an MPhil in Business Administration (Accounting) and a BSc. in Business Administration (Accounting), both from the University of Ghana Business School.

Dr. Asante teaches introductory financial accounting and has experience teaching management and advanced accounting courses. Dr. Asante’s research interests are corporate governance, earnings management, director compensation, executive compensation, mergers and acquisitions.
