Biography
Dr. Patricia Evans completed her Master of Science and PhD at the University of Victoria and has been a member of the University of New Brunswick’s Faculty of Computer Science for roughly 19 years.
Her current projects include the design and implementation of algorithms for RNA comparison using secondary structures, haplotype inference for pedigrees, biological network comparison, and parallelization techniques for dynamic programming.
