Upcoming PAR Initiative session-FR and SJ

All UNB faculty and staff are invited to join interactive sessions as part of the Persistence, Attrition and Retention (PAR) initiative. Facilitated by EAB, an organization that provides research‑based insights to help universities strengthen student success and retention, these sessions explore how evolving academic, socioemotional, financial and digital needs are reshaping the student experience. 

Four sessions total: 

• Jan. 20, 2–4 p.m. or Jan. 28, 11 a.m.–1 p.m. 
• Feb. 3, 2–4 p.m. or Feb. 5, 10 a.m.–noon  

The January sessions will explore Meeting the Needs of Today's Students, highlighting key findings and trends shaping today's learners, including readiness, well-being, persistence and opportunities to strengthen support across the student journey. 

The February sessions will build on January's discussions and will be shaped by the needs, interests and questions raised by participants during the first two sessions.
