"Following Sinatra's Lead: Women Who Did It Their Way"

Dr. Barbier will discuss female pilots, writers, soldiers, and spies from the 1920s, 1930s, and 1940s who, intentionally or unintentionally, pushed against societal norms to follow their dreams. Whether they self-identified as feminists or consciously pursued paths to achieve their dreams within societal constraints, these women found ways to do it their way.  Wu Conference Centre - UNB - 7 pm – All are welcome!
