Come join us at the Centre for Research in Integrated Care for an Open House on Thursday, Oct. 10 from 1 to 2 p.m. Our team will be available to talk about our research program, which is focused on developing and evaluating patient-centred integrated models of care for individuals with complex care needs and their families. We will have on display several of our posters that have been presented at recent conferences. Light refreshments will be served. We look forward to meeting you!
