Arts Matters is hosting an in-person creative workshop titled "Navigating the Artistic Process: The Good, The Bad, and The Mediocre" on Friday, March 23, from 1:30 to 3 p.m. The workshop will take place at the Research Commons Event Space on the 3rd floor of the Harriet Irving Library. Lance Kenneth Blakney, UNB Media Artist-in-Residence and a filmmaker/photographer, will conduct the workshop.

Blakney, a member of the 2SLGBTQIA+ community, is passionate about representing underrepresented groups in visual mediums. The event, featuring installations, guest lectures, and workshops, aims to foster visual storytelling excellence in an ever-changing social and political landscape.
