Renaissance College Leadership Speaker Series Event - Unlearning Unleading Leadership as a Practice of Freedom with Vidya Shah-FR and SJ
Event Details:
In this session, we trouble taken-for-granted assumptions about leadership. We question the ways we have been socialized into understanding leadership based on intersecting systems of oppression that perpetuate apolitical, individualistic, and hierarchical models of leadership. Join us for this session to reimagine the leadership that centers the experiences and knowledge systems of Indigenous peoples, Black and African diasporic peoples, as well as people of colour and people with multiple and intersecting marginalized identities. Let’s reimagine leadership that is worthy of us all!
