Reading Series: Cody Caetano and Fawn Parker-FR

The UNB Reading Series is pleased to invite you to a reading by critically acclaimed authors Cody Caetano and Fawn Parker, on Wednesday, March 1 at 7 p.m. Atlantic.

Cody Caetano’s debut memoir, Half-Bads in White Regalia was an instant national bestseller. It was longlisted for Canada Reads 2023 and named one of the best books of the year by The Globe and Mail and CBC Books. Excerpts of Half-Bads in White Regalia received the 2020 Indigenous Voices Award for Best Unpublished Prose.

Fawn Parker is a Giller-shortlisted author of 5 books, including What We Both Know. Her auto-fictional novel Hi, it’s me is forthcoming in the spring of 2024. Fawn is a Ph.D. student in UNB’s department of English.

This reading is free and open to the public and will take place on the UNB Fredericton campus, in Rm. 106, Carleton Hall. Masks are required. This event would not be possible without our generous sponsors, The UNB department of English, the Faculty of Arts Shaw Trust and The Fiddlehead.
