Jeff Thompson has worked in the enterprise software industry for 25 years, gaining experience in customer experience, analytics, automation, and SaaS contact center. As a seasoned Founder and CEO, he is passionate about advancing innovation and creating products that maximize the customer experience while optimizing the cost-of-service delivery.

He started his/her career in sales and product management at the New Brunswick Telephone Company before joining Exigen, a leading-edge enterprise workflow and automation company in San Francisco, to lead product development. Building on this experience, Jeff founded two enterprise software companies and led the growth and development of both organizations that strategic buyers would acquire.

Currently working as a consultant at his current business venture, ProdAdvisory, he is widely known for his expertise in product ideation and development, go-to-market strategy and execution, capital fundraising, and buy/sell-side support in mergers and acquisitions. In this role, Jeff has advised on investment and buy-and-sell acquisitions with a total value exceeding $800 million.

In addition to his professional career, he is an angel investor and mention to early-stage founders, holds several board and chair positions with for and not-for-profit organizations, and regularly volunteers at the Fredericton Community Kitchens and Horizon Health.
