Mindfulness is defined as a state of open attention to the present moment in a non-judgemental way. Learning how to cultivate this type of awareness has been scientifically proven to provide numerous benefits including, stress reduction, better focus, improved physical health and much more.

This online group will cover the basics of meditation and explore various mindfulness qualities and practices so you can create your own unique practice.

Group 1: Fridays from 11:30 a.m. - 12:30 pm – Jan. 29th, Feb. 5th, Feb. 12th
