Feeling as if you have lost control in the classroom can be very frustrating.  In this session, we will discuss what works and does not work when dealing with difficult students and difficult classroom situations.   These include undermining the instructor’s authority, arriving to class late, monopolizing discussions, and other disrespectful behavior.  Participants will be encouraged to share their experiences both good and bad.
