Safety is good Business - Speaker Series Presentation-FR

Event Details:

Tim Petersen, Vice-President of Prevention at WorkSafeNB since August 2018, will present 'Safety is good Business.' He oversees the delivery of investigative, inspection, education and advisory services, all with a view of partnering with stakeholders to ensure safe workplaces in the Province of New Brunswick.

Tim has 25 years of experience with WorkSafeNB in various positions. Most recently, he served as acting President and CEO for almost two years. Prior to that, he served as Vice-President, Corporate Services and CFO from 2014 to 2016, Controller from 2005 to 2014 and Manager, Internal Audit from 1999-2004.

A graduate of the University of New Brunswick with a bachelor of business administration, Tim is a chartered professional accountant, a certified internal auditor and certified information systems auditor. Before joining WorkSafeNB in 1995, he spent several years with KPMG in Fredericton, NB.
