Do you want to find out what mindfulness is all about?  Get to know yourself better, learn to handle stress differently, and improve the quality of your everyday life.  Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction is an eight-week group that will help students learn meditation and mindfulness practice.  This group is open to any UNBF/STU students – please phone our office at 453-4820 to register.
