The UNB Associated Alumni has a rich and proud tradition of keeping UNB alumni connected with each other and with the university through its reunion activities. Don't miss the chance to remember all the great memories about your time at UNB and to catch up with fellow alumni. You never know who you might run into!

Our Registration Centre (name badge, swag bag and ticket pick up) will be located in the Lounge of the Alumni Memorial Building, 13 Bailey Dr., upper floor.  There will be plenty of reserved parking at this location.  The hours of our Registration Centre are:

  • Thursday, June 2: 12 – 8 p.m.
  • Friday, June 3: 9 a.m. – 6 p.m.
  • Saturday, June 4: 9 a.m. – 6 p.m.
(Registration packages cannot be picked up before June 2)

Thursday, June 2

6:30 - 8:30 p.m. | Student Union Building | All Classes Meet and Greet: Meet up with classmates, fellow alumni and friends at this casual event while enjoying some finger foods and a cash bar. Held in the Student Union Building, this event is the perfect way to start your weekend.

Friday, June 3

Red 'n Black Day: Wear your red and black with pride!

Golden Grad Breakfast: Classes of 1970, 1971, 1972

9 - 10:30 a.m. | Lady Beaverbrook Gym | Fine early morning dining with fine friends. Meet UNB President Paul Mazerolle and enjoy the Golden Grad buffet breakfast in “The Pit,” where you once cheered on UNB’s on-court action. Note: This breakfast is open to 1970, 1971 and 1972 graduates and their guests only.

Celebration of 2020 & 2021 Alumni Ceremony

11 a.m. | Richard J. CURRIE CENTER | UNB's top priority is to provide alumni with a graduation experience that celebrates and recognizes all that you have achieved. The ceremony will also be live-streamed for online viewing at

Class of 1961 & 1962 Luncheon

11:30 a.m. - 2 p.m. | Student Union Building Atrium | Join your 1961 and 1962 classmates and friends for cocktails and lunch in the Atrium of UNB’s Student Union Building. An opportunity to reconnect with classmates and reminisce about your time at UNB all those years ago. Then, if you wish, you can take the UNB bus to your faculty open house from 1:30 p.m. until 3 p.m. then the bus can bring you back up to the Student Union Building to retrieve your vehicle. Cost: $25

Faculty Open Houses

1 - 3 p.m. | Various locations | Interested to see how your faculty has evolved since your time at UNB? Be sure to take part in our faculty open houses to walk the halls of your former buildings, meet faculty and staff, explore what's new, and connect with your faculty dean.

Class of 1972 Golf (limit 40)

1 - 3 p.m. | Kingswood Golf | Interested in joining your classmates for 9 holes at Kingwood’s Executive Golf Course?  We have tee off times from 1 - 2:30 p.m. Register early to get a spot! (This event is being organized by Heather Whyte-Neilson, BPE’72.) Cost: $30 (to be paid at Kingswood) Cart extra.

Class of 1982 BBQ and dance

6:00 – 11:00 p.m. | Lady Beaverbrook Residence | Join your classmates and friends for cocktails and an informal BBQ dinner, then stick around for music, dancing, prizes and a great time!

Senior Classes Dinner

6 - 9 p.m. | Student Union Building | An opportunity to dine and share your favourite memories of UNB with alumni from the Classes of 1970, 1971, 1972 and earlier. This evening is all about UNB memories and reminiscing as we share a great meal and some great stories. Meal choices: Salmon, Chicken or Vegetarian. Cost: $50

UNB at Picaroons Roundhouse

7:30 - 10 p.m. | Picaroons Roundhouse | Spend your Friday evening at one of Fredericton’s popular craft breweries! Drop by the alumni-owned Picaroons Roundhouse beginning at 7:30 p.m. where we will have a table set up to greet UNB alumni and friends who come by to enjoy this community gathering place. The first 100 pre-registrants will receive a complimentary beer ticket (we've already reached this limit! Wow!) and all UNB alumni attendees can enter to win some exciting UNB prize packs! Please note Picaroons will be open to the public and it should be a packed house!

Saturday, June 4

UNB at Boyce Farmers Market

9 - 11 a.m. | Fredericton Boyce Farmers Market | Revisit a Saturday tradition. Recognized as one of Canada’s top 10 community markets, the Fredericton Boyce Farmers Market is the city’s traditional Saturday morning gathering spot downtown for fresh and healthy foods, craft, creativity and conversation. (Pay as you go)

Class of 1967 PHYS ED

BPE graduates of 1967 are invited to celebrate their 55th reunion by gathering at Beverly (Cooke) and Jim Morell's home on Saturday morning for brunch, followed by a 'wellness walk' in nearby Odell Park. Those interested should send Jim an email or call him to get details related to timing, menu, location and the wellness walk. Classmate Rick Cotter is also willing to organize a 9 hole golf event for those who are interested.

UNB Themed Bus Tour

1 - 3 p.m. | Pick up and drop off locations: Crowne Plaza and Richard J. CURRIE CENTER | Join former UNB President John McLaughlin and Acting Vice-President Advancement Susan Montague on the UNB REDS bus for a UNB themed tour around campus and the Fredericton area. The start and/or end time may change slightly once route is mapped out.

Celebrating Renaissance College BBQ

1 - 3 p.m. | Renaissance College | Renaissance College is hosting its final RC 21st anniversary event!  Please join us in celebrating RC at the outdoor BBQ coffee house event! There will be live music, socializing, and a BBQ with all the fixings right here in the RC parking lot. Cost: $5

Reception - Maritime Lobster Boil

6 - 7 p.m. | 4th Floor, Richard J. CURRIE CENTER | Mingle with fellow alumni and friends before sitting down to a traditional Maritime meal in the Performance Gym of The Richard J. CURRIE CENTER. (No cost for reception only)

Maritime Lobster Boil

7 - 10:30 p.m. | 4th Floor, Richard J. CURRIE CENTER | An annual event that sells out quickly. Enjoy an excellent Maritime tradition at The Richard J. CURRIE CENTER. You do not want to miss this night. The dinner will be followed by an opportunity to kick up your heels to tunes by Spotlight Entertainment, who will happily take requests! This event is all about UNB pride – so wear your red and black!

Meal choices: Hot Lobster, Cold Lobster, Beef or Vegetarian. Cost: $60

Sunday, June 5

9 - 10:30 a.m. | McConnell Hall | Farewell Breakfast: Join your classmates one last time to bid adieu and see what it’s like to dine as a student today at McConnell Hall. Cost: $7
