Explores traditional First Nations pedagogy and concepts of education in comparison with those which have shaped formal schooling. It will further describe roles and responsibilities of schools, teachers, and communities in educating First Nations students. Notes: This course will be graded as Credit/No Credit (CR/NCR). Credit cannot be counted for both ED 3043 and ED 5043.
