Rhoda Chapman Memorial Prize

Duration: 1 year.

Two prizes of $2,000 each to be awarded annually, on the recommendation of the Undergraduate Committee in the Department of History, to Fredericton campus students who have demonstrated outstanding academic achievement and have shown promise in at least one undergraduate or graduate course in the field of art history. At least one annual prize will normally be awarded to a student who has not yet completed more than 66 credit hours at the time of the award. The prize has been established to commemorate Rhoda Chapman's love of art, to reward students for outstanding achievement and to encourage further study in the field of art history. Rhoda Chapman was the wife of the late James K. Chapman, Professor of History, UNB Fredericton.
