KIN6281Instrumentation in Exercise Physiology3 ch
Introduces the concepts, methodologies and analysis techniques used in exercise physiology to allow for the assessment of human physiological capacity and performance. Develops knowledge of measurement techniques including metabolic capacity, body composition, force and power capacity, electromyography, electrocardiography, and anaerobic capacity through theoretical discussion and applied laboratory activities. Data analysis skills will be developed through the utilization of real-world data collected during laboratory activities. Prerequisite: KIN 2082; KIN 3201 OR permission of the Instructor
