Safety practitioners have the technical training and know-how to ensure their companies can operate safely but, to be most effective they also need to be able to influence the senior management team and build consensus with the entire employee group.

By developing their soft skills, leadership skills, and potential, they improve their success in helping their employers operate safely. The Certificate in Safety Leadership will help participants cultivate this capacity through the enhancement of specific skills, knowledge, and abilities required to gain influence, build consensus, and successfully create positive change in the organizations where they work.

Who should attend?

OHS practitioners and professionals who have completed programs of study specializing in occupational health and safety and OHS management, who want to enhance their leadership skills.

Pricing & Registration

This program may be taken one course at a time, at a cost of $550 per course, or students may register for the full Certificate at a cost of $1650.

This program is self-paced. Students have approximately 13 weeks to complete each 50 hour course.
