Lecturer in Finance
Srikanth Ramani joined the Faculty of Business in August 2017 as Lecturer in Finance.
Mr. Ramani teaches Personal Finance, Managerial Finance, and Investments and Portfolio Management at the undergraduate level and Financing for Entrepreneurs at the MBA level. He has also taught Corporate Finance and Advanced Corporate Finance classes at Western University’s King’s College.
Mr. Ramani is a PhD candidate in Finance at the Richard Ivey School of Business at Western University and is expected to receive his PhD in the summer of 2018. He also holds a M.Sc. in Finance from the University of Illinois with a specialization in Corporate Finance, and a B.Tech in Electrical Engineering from SASTRA University in Tanjore, India. Before pursuing his graduate studies, Mr. Ramani worked for several years as a Financial Data Analyst for Tata Consultancy Services in India.
Srikanth Ramani’s research interests are primarily (but not limited to) in social responsibility by mutual funds and institutional investors.
