Book a campus tour

We’re happy to provide our prospective students with the opportunity to visit campus.

In-person tours are available at 10 a.m., 1 p.m. and 3 p.m., Monday to Friday and on the first Saturday* of every month. Tours must be booked 48 hours in advance to allow for proper planning and to ensure we can give you, as well as the staff and students living on campus, all a great experience.

What does an in-person tour involve?

  • A one hour walking tour of the key areas of campus
  • The opportunity to meet with a recruiter and have your questions answered in person
  • An optional walk through residence, including a look inside a room, study spaces and lounges

Tours of residence are temporarily unavailable in Fredericton, but we would be happy to still provide you with a comprehensive experience of campus.

Meet with faculty

Simply indicate that you'd like to meet with a faculty member when booking your tour and we'll take care of the rest. A member of your future faculty will meet with you and show you the classrooms and facilities that will be part of your experience.

Please note that faculty meetings are not available during weekend tours.

We want to meet you on campus

If you are coming to UNB for an in-person tour from a province in Canada other than New Brunswick, we will pay for a one-night stay at a hotel in the city of your tour or supply you with a gas card.

This offer is eligible to students applying to UNB directly from high school. When you fill out your request for a tour, we will note if you are travelling from out of province and contact you with further details. This offer does not apply to open house events.
