As the face and force behind the student union-led mental health awareness campaign #myDefinition, Lee Thomas went public with her own struggles with an eating disorder and self-harm. The message? Our mental health is a part of us, but it does not define us. #MyDefinition is now a national campaign in partnership with the Canadian Mental Health Association.
