Biology is the study of all living things and deals with everything from the earliest form of evolution to the environmental protection of our world. It examines the physical and biological processes that affect the life and death of genes, cells, individuals, populations, species and ecosystems.

Have a unique career experience

Biology is an incredibly diverse field and therefore all sorts of careers in this field exist. Some of these include: research institutes, conservation authorities, zoos, parks, federal and provincial government agencies and departments, and aquariums.

A variety of special concentrations are available at UNB including: molecular and microbiology, parasitology, physiology, and plant biology
