Admission to a Law in Society program is open to students who have successfully completed sixty credit hours toward a degree in the Faculty of Arts or the Faculty of Administration. Students must obtain the approval of the department or faculty in which they major and of a Coordinator of the Law in Society program. With the permission of the appropriate Coordinator, students may count for credit in the Law in Society program courses taken before they enter the program. Although not a requirement of the program, students are strongly encouraged to take a course in Critical Thinking (PHIL 1005) before entry into a LWSO program.
