Management ADM 2223 Three (3) credit hours

Financial accounting, which is covered in ADM 1213 and ADM 2213, focuses on the provision of information for external parties. This course, emphasizes the provision of information for internal decision-makers who need information for short-term planning and control as well as for long-term strategic planning and non-routine decision-making. This course is also required for the CPA (Chartered Professional Accounting) professional accounting program.

What you will learn

This course is designed to help you:

  • Understand and speak the language of accounting.
  • Learn about different accounting concepts and tools.
  • Gain the ability to apply accounting to your personal and professional lives.

Students have six months from the registration date to complete the course. All course exams and/or assignments must be completed by the designated end date.

Assignments and examinations

  • 10 x assignments (35% total)
  • 1 x mid-course test (25%)
  • 1 x final test (40%)

Fees and payments

There is a $150 non-refundable/non-transferable online fee per course in addition to applicable tuition and fees. This fee is non-refundable once the add/drop date has passed within the term the course is registered in. Please note this fee will be automatically added and included in your term tuition fees.
